Low self esteem
Low self esteem is basically holding your self in low regard, having no respect for yourself, thinking every one is better than you. Prolonged low self esteem can cause all kinds of problems both mental and physical. It can cause anger, anxiety, fear, panic attacks, overeating, agoraphobia and more. A person usually learns to have low self esteem from parents, teachers, guardians, and other people...and usually this happens as a child.   So all we have to do then is teach you all over again to realy believe in yourself. This can be done in many ways, and as usual, with SEE you will be given techniques to take home with you to further build your self esteem. This is probably the most important thing you can do for yourself, for it will enable you to realise your true potential and innate self worth, and that you are just as good as everyone else.
